A IMPORTÂNCIA DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM NO INCENTIVO AO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO:

REVISÃO NARRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

O leite materno é de extrema importância no âmbito da saúde. Por ser um alimento natural e completo contém em sua composição substâncias necessárias para o desenvolvimento e crescimento saudável do recém-nascido. Além disso, fortalece o vínculo entre mãe e filho. O enfermeiro possui um papel significativo na assistência e promoção do aleitamento materno, uma vez que está diretamente em contato com a mãe e o bebê. Sendo assim, é de fundamental importância que o profissional de enfermagem possua conhecimento técnico e científico acerca do processo de amamentação para fornecer orientações necessárias para o sucesso da amamentação. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a importância da equipe de enfermagem no incentivo ao aleitamento materno. Trata-se de uma pesquisa por revisão bibliográfica baseada em obras secundárias que se referem à temática, publicadas no período de 2013 a 2023. Esta revisão nos mostra a importância da equipe de enfermagem frente às orientações, cuidados e auxílios às mulheres no aleitamento materno e quanto o conhecimento técnico, científico, o olhar humano e a qualificação profissional são imprescindíveis para o sucesso da amamentação.

ABSTRACT

Breast milk is extremely important in the field of health. Because it is a natural and complete food, it contains in its composition substances necessary for the development and healthy growth of the newborn. In addition, it strengthens the bond between mother and child. The nurse has a significant role in the care and promotion of breastfeeding, since he is directly in contact with the mother and the baby. Therefore, it is of fundamental importance that the nursing professional has technical and scientific knowledge about the breastfeeding process to provide the necessary guidance for the success of breastfeeding. This study aims to analyze the importance of the nursing team in encouraging breastfeeding. This is a bibliographic review based on secondary works that refer to the theme, published in the period from 2013 to 2023. This review shows us the importance of the nursing team in the orientation, care and assistance to women in breastfeeding and how much technical and scientific knowledge, the human gaze and professional qualification are essential for the success of breastfeeding.
